07 Oct PFW: Haider Ackermann spring summer 2015
There’s no denying ‘style’ is becoming a celebration of the individual opposed to a wardrobe brimming with budget-bending brands – a trend written with glacial androgyny at Haider Ackermann’s Paris Fashion Week SS15 show.
Once again supported by our colour company of choice, Wella Professionals and directed by one of the most progressive session stylists of our time, Eugene Souleiman, Haider Ackermann hair design was a combination of choir boy and the cleanest, iciest blonde.
“This look is something beautiful and elegant, but in an unusual way that you wouldn’t expect. We used icy, white blonde colour to create a classic, choir-boy inspired haircut, but you can still see the model’s natural hairline displayed underneath, almost like an undercut so there’s a contrast between something natural and something strange.”
“There are different layers to the style which really make you stare,” said Eugene.
Ready to take the plunge and take it short for summer? Anaka’s senior stylists have the skill and vision to adapt this cropped, contemporary look just for you, so head on in, we dare you!
